The year begins and you fill yourself with good resolutions.
Everyone tells you that you can change.

Be more orderly.
Get more exercise and eat better.
Sign up for English.
Save money.
Have more patience.

You start the year and you want to transform everything that you dislike in yourself.
But it is not that simple.
Good intentions are not enough: you also have to do it.
And that’s the difficult thing.

Because we move well in the known although it does not feel good to us.
We feel safe.
And new realities are always scary.

You fill yourself with goals and some are impossible.
And nothing happens to accept it.
It’s okay to assume that we can’t have it or be everything we want.

You have to look at what we have.

You have a head to think and sight or hearing to see or hear this.
Do you have time.
And in that time, what you can never forget is joy.

Because as much as you are messy, that you are fat, that you only know how to say window in English, that you open a chocolate bar, that you burn the money in your hand or that you despair.
As much as you are imperfect.
This life is an amazing journey.

And the only thing you really need to change.
It is everything that prevents you.
Exercise your right to joy.
